The Salame al Finocchietto (Fennel Salame) is a celebration of Italy's culinary heritage. Infused with the delicate taste of fennel seeds, this product is made with the utmost care, with a minimum maturation period of nine weeks allows the flavors to develop a rich, aromatic profile that tantalizes the senses.

Speck and Salted Butter: Elevating the Flavor Experience

In addition to the new salumi offerings, Ferrarini will showcase its recently launched Speck and Salted Butter products. The Speck, a dry-cured and smoked ham, is a true embodiment of the Tyrolean tradition, while the Salted Butter is a delightful blend of creamy butter and sea salt, adding a touch of sophistication to any dish.
