MOONACHIE, N.J. (June 20, 2024) - W&S Foods Co. will be exhibiting with two of their distinct brands, PRANZO & Nocca, at the 2024 Summer Fancy Food Show at the Javits Center in New York City from June 23-25, 2024. The show is set to bring in thousands of diverse makers, buyers, brokers, distributors, and industry professionals from across the U.S. and the globe for three days of delicious product discovery, networking, and business opportunities. PRANZO & Nocca will showcase their products and launch new products and exciting news at booth #3145.

PRANZO, the newer of the two brands, specializes in imported craft Italian-made pasta, pasta sauces, olive oils, olives, calabrian peppers, taralli, and balsamic vinegar, while Nocca has one specialty: gnocchi, in fact, they’re the only brand in the United States that is dedicated to just gnocchi. In exciting news, PRANZO will launch a new product at the show, carnaroli rice, mostly used for risotto. Meanwhile, Nocca will launch the world’s first preservative-free, shelf-stable, all-natural gnocchi. And the best news about the new formula? It tastes exactly like the original formula that has been loved for its great taste and pillowy texture for years.

To celebrate PRANZO’s new product launch and Nocca’s new formula, Chef Leonardo Palazzo, an internationally trained chef-instructor at Eataly Flatiron, will prepare a selection of Italian favorites for attendees at booth #3145. Additionally, on Monday, June 24th, from 3:00-5:00 pm, both brands will serve wine, beer, water, & soft drinks, along with some tasty Italian treats.
