Failure to provide a proper COI by the date set forth below may result in the TERMINATION of your Exhibitor Space Contract with NO REFUND to you and, as a result, your exclusion from the event as an exhibitor
Insurance must be submitted via your Exhibitor Dashboard via Map Your Show
If you do not have insurance, or you would rather not use your own insurance, (similar to when you rent a car – so that claims would not be filed against your policy), we have set up a program with Rainprotection Insurance through which, you can purchase compliant insurance instantly online for $119. The SFA has authorized Rainprotection Insurance, to serve as its insurance management company with respect to the event. They will review collected COIs and verify that all required General Liability Insurance and COIs, regardless of the insurer, are valid.
A Certificate of Insurance (COI) MUST include the following:
Commercial General Liability insurance with limits of at least $1,000,000 per occurrence ,$2,000,000 aggregate, and $2,000,000 products-completed operations aggregate
Coverage applicable throughout the dates of the event: January 19th-January 21th, 2025
Specialty Food Association Inc (136 Madison Avenue, 12th Floor, New York, NY 10016) shall be named as the certification holder.
The following must be additional insureds: (1) Specialty Food Association, Inc., its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents, (ii) Las Vegas Convention Center, (iii) Freeman, LLC, and (iv) Sodexo Live!
