Testa Conserve-Bluefin Tuna Fillets in Sicilian EVOO

Rich and tender fillets of Sicilian Bluefin Tuna, caught by a family of fishermen, in the waters surrounding Sicily. They are preserved with organic Sicilian extra virgin olive oil by the family in their small canning lab in Sicily. Hand sliced, hand jarred in small batches.
