Rogue River Blue, made during the autumnal equinox and reflects a deep connection to the land. The wheels are wrapped in Syrah leaves that are soaked in Pear Brandy. The cows graze in pastures, where they eat a variety of organic grasses, supplemented with alfalfa & grain off the ranch.
