Using real pieces of Fig and natural, quality, non-GMO ingredients including fresh milk, honey and ancient grains like an organic spelt flour. Our crispbreads use a naturally fermented sourdough which holds a distinctive, yet subtle flavor which complements cheese, especially a salty blue variety.
