Molino Mandarin Olive Oil

Arbequina olives are crushed with fresh Andalucian mandarins to produce this citrusy "pecadito". This term is a playful reference for adding an ingredient to high quality EVOO which already has much to offer on its own. The oil preserves the mandarin for a year round pop of fresh citrus.
