Marco Colzani, Raw Almond Spread

This spread is full of real Sicilian almonds (45%!). They are raw rather than toasted, which gives this spread a fresh, sweet, almondy flavor - plus, the raw almond maintains all of its healthy vitamins and minerals! It makes an incredible icing for cupcakes, filling for crepes, or gelato.
