Little Apple Treats, Apple Cider Caramels With Toasted Almonds

Our caramels start as freshly-pressed cider from the heirloom apples we grow on our Sonoma County organic farm. We slow cook our candies using organic sugar, local butter and cream, and freshly ground spices. Each piece dusted with Pink Pearl apple powder and vanilla bean sea salt!
