Little Apple Treats, Apple Cider Caramels With Rose Petals + Cocoa Nibs

We make apple syrup from our own organic apples and then use that instead of corn syrup to make these award-winning caramels, giving them a lively, sweet-tart flavor. We also pack these caramels with fresh cocoa nibs and sprinkle them with dried heirloom rose petals from our organic farm.
