We roast, grind and press single origin Almendra Blanca cacao beans from Tabasco, Mexico to create 100% pure cacao powder which we then blend with organic sugar to create this delicious mix. There are no additives and we don't alkalize, so the pure flavors of the cacao are in each sip!
