Ethiopia hot sauce is supported by its national aromatic curry called Berbere which gives this sauce its name. We enhanced Ethiopia with the heat of jalapeños and habaneros, onions, ginger and garlic. Amazing with grilled/stewed meats, legumes and vegetables.
