CocoTutti - Strawberry Balsamic Ganache chocolate

We create our recipes from scratch. The flavor is enhanced with freeze-dried strawberries for a greater depth and balsamic vinegar is provide a satisfying tartness. Each piece is hand "painted" with naturally colored cocoa butter within the mold, to create unique edible artwork.
