Chermoula is the Moroccan equivalent of Chimichuri. It's mainly a marinade so versatile that it is widely used in Moroccan cuisine. Here we have converted it to a spread so that it may be easily be included into the contemporary eating habits. It goes well with a cheeses, charcuterie and crudités
