Artikaas Parèggio

Aged 6 months. Inspired by Italy and made in Holland, this cheese is made from Holland’s nutrient-rich grasslands by Dutch artisan cheesemakers, so it’s creamy and sweet. The texture is firm with calcium crystallization throughout, while the taste is rich, nutty, and savory.
