Scott Goldshine

Scott Goldshine is an icon inside a New York shrine, the longtime general manager of Zabar's, the family-owned specialty food institution founded on Manhattan's Upper West Side in 1934. A native New Yorker, Scott began working at Zabar's in 1977, learning the trade and the store's traditions under brothers Saul and Stanley Zabar and co-owner Murray Klein.
