Pierluigi Sini, co-founder of Forever Cheese, endeavored to put his family's cheeses on the specialty food map, including one of the last remaining unskimmed, hand-salted Pecorino Romano recipes from the countryside of Rome. An excellent work ethic and knack for logistics set Pierluigi on the path toward success, and in 1998, Forever Cheese was born. Since bringing iconic cheeses to the U.S., he's worked behind the scenes to ensure that only the highest-quality products enter the country in the best conditions.
