Lou Foah

In 1987, Lou Foah became partner of Foah International along with his father, Mario Foah, a founding member of the Specialty Food Association, who created the business in the 1950s when he began importing specialty foods to the U.S. Under Lou's leadership, Foah International has expanded to new markets and alternate channels of distribution. Lou has worked with the Specialty Food Association for 22 years on various committees to provide education and strategy to its maker network, serving on SFA's Admissions Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, Budget & Audit Committee, Show Committee, and is past chair of its Recognition Industry Work Group.
