Lorenza Pasetti

Lorenza Pasetti grew up in the decades-old family business, Volpi Foods, where she hand-wrapped salami at the age of 14 and waited on customers in the shop. She rejoined the business as an adult after grad school in the mid-1980s, and, after her father Armando Pasetti stepped down, took over the reins as president of the company in 2002, the year it turned 100. During her more than three decades at the company, she has grown her great uncle's business from 12 employees and 8 SKUs to over 210 employees and 150 SKUs. Lorenza received the SFA's Leadership Award for Business Leadership in 2020.
