Jim Harrison

Jim Harrison has served the retail and food industry in Vermont for 29 years, stepping down in in 2016 from his position as president of the Vermont Retail & Grocers Association and director at the Vermont Specialty Food Association. During 29 years with VRGA and the 10-plus with VSFA, he worked with members to help the entire industry. For the specialty food group, Jim instituted new education programs, expanded its annual meeting and built Vermont's presence at the Fancy Food Show. Jim is a past Chairman of the Association of Food Industry Association Executives, and a past trustee and treasurer of the Vermont Foodbank. He currently serves as a Vermont State Representative.
