O Olive Oil & Vinegar's
In 1995, Greg Hinson produced an interesting twist on olive oil by crushing fresh citrus with Arbequina olives. He innovated the standard process by introducing the flavors before, rather than after, cold pressing. This led to the launch of O Olive Oil & Vinegar's signature line of artisan crushed olive oils and vinegars which use locally-sourced wine and traditional fermentation methods. Olive varietals are crushed hours after being harvested from the company's partner family farms, making them full of polyphenols and antioxidants. The products have been recognized with more than a dozen sofi Awards.
