Glen Rosengarten

Rosengarten's imagination and leadership gave rise the Food Emporium. His drive and a refusal to accept mediocrity inspired all. His credo: Be different, be unique and forge the cutting edge. His search for excellence, taught that a peach was not a peach, bananas were yellow and tomatoes red. He inspired merchandising as art, and never accepted less than perfection.
