Originally from South Africa, Ettienne Leibman and her husband Ralph opened Rebel Liquors in 1979, primarily selling beer, wine and liquor. In order to meet their customers' needs, she took a seminar in gift baskets at the Fancy Food Show and soon she added specialty foods, party trays, catering and a deli. For 37 years, Ettienne has been exceeding her customer's needs.
