Erwin Grunhut

Grunhut is the patriarch of Astor Chocolate. He identified, and in many ways pioneered, the industries that Astor currently services and single-handedly created almost all Astor products. Grunhut's legacy is marked by a series of firsts, including personalized turn down chocolate for the hospitality industry and chocolate as a souvenir for the travel retail market. Grunhut's commitment to his employees and community are his greatest achievements.
