For 15 years, Schlossberg served as CEO and President of a family gourmet and specialty food distribution company, before selling the 45-year-old family business in 1987. He then served five years as CEO and then Chairman of the new specialty company. He is currently President of Castle Consulting Group, a consulting company specializing in specialty gourmet and kosher marketing and distribution.
