Bob Moore

Bob has experienced 44 years of establishing and overseeing a whole grain natural foods business. He founded Bob's Red Mill Natural Foods in Portland, OR in 1978 and now the business reaches to 80 countries. Bob began sharing the profits with employees 26 years ago. His generosity culminated six years ago when he gave the company to his employees through an employee stock ownership plan (ESOP).
