Becky Renfro Borbolla

As the senior vice president at Renfro Foods, Becky Renfro Borbolla has been instrumental in growing the brand over her more than 30 years with the company. She joined the family business in 1985, where she has been involved in trade shows, freight, human resources, and export sales, and has facilitated distribution expansion to all 50 U.S. states and international markets. Renfro Borbolla is two-time co-chair of the Specialty Food Association's board of directors on which she has served for 20 years. She is the founder and president of Women Steering Business, a civic-minded organization dedicated to developing future female business leaders who got their start in agriculture.
