Stoger Oil has been produced by the Stoger family for generations, their main crop is the Styrian pumpkin, a species only grown in Eastern Europe which is harvested for its unique seeds, a dark green, hull-less seed that is prized for its tasty flavor and the oil it produces. Schloss Gobelsburg, a Cistercian monastic estate, is one of the oldest wineries in the Austrian Danube area with a documented history dating back to 1171. Also, the Darbo family started making preserves in the pre-war Austria in 1879, the range of premium quality fruit syrup was introduced in 1994 and has since been revolutionizing the syrup market.
