Capriole is a producer of awardwinning, farmstead goat cheesesfresh, ripened, and aged. We produce nationally recognized cheeses on our own southern Indiana farm and only from the milk of our own herd. For the past 23 years our cheeses have been sold in the finest restaurants and retail stores in the USA. We have exhibited many times at the Fancy Food Show with our national distributors, and are recognized nationally and internationally as one of the premier producers of fine, artisanal goat cheese in the USA. In 1995 we won a BestofShow from the American Cheese Society and over the years have consistently both national and international awards.
