Whenever I see my friends chew through cardboard-tasting “health foods,” I’m reminded of the stigma surrounding Asian cuisine: unhealthy, oily, and packed with sodium or artificial flavors. I thought, What if I could create a line of Asian foods that are both flavorful and healthy?
