We make specialty products based on old Appalachian recipes. Uncle Bunk (aka Larry Young) grew up on a farm and gardening, canning and preserving were lifelong hobbies. These generations old recipes became our Award Winning product line. We hand pack our products in small batches using as much locally grown produce as we can get.
