Jan Olavarri noticed that there were too many great salsa's on the market and not enough phenomenal seasonings. Starting with Cayenne, and then branching out to Chipotle, Jalapeño, Habanero, Carolina Reaper and now, Hatch. Her entrepreneurial spirit and desire to spice up people's lives led to this new chapter in her life. After finalizing the recipe in our home kitchen we partnered with Pendery's World of Chiles & Spices, the oldest family owned & operated business in Texas, as our manufacturer. Their reputation for using only the finest ingredients pared well with the original pepper salt seasoning we made with all of the chili and spices. Result- hand blended and bottled- a perfect blend of salt, garlic, turmeric, thyme, oregano, cumin and peppers to give everything you eat heat and flavor.
