Fine and Raw
A true beantobar roastery, Fine & Raw starts with organic beans from sustainabilityfocused purveyors, and takes them all the way from their burlap sacks into finished raw chocolate bars, confections, and truffles. Fine & Raw founder Daniel Sklaar calls raw chocolate “a celebration of chocolate.” Lowtemperature processing allows all of the astonishing flavors of the miraculous cacao bean to stay at the forefront of the finished chocolate. And raw chocolate maintains the vitality and nutrition of the “superfood” raw cacao, which is incredibly high in antioxidants, as well as tryptophan, vitamin C, magnesium, serotonin and zinc.
