Marcos Salamanca is an IBERICO pork meat producer based in Sotoserrano, a small town of Salamanca, Spain. Since 1965 we have developed a large portfolio of dry-cured and raw cuts of Free-Range Iberico, exclusively sourcing from the only Spanish farms awarded for their treatment to animals.
