GOLD SOFI WINNER...HoneyGramz is a New York City-based honey company. We are a minority woman-owned business founded by Ruth Harrigan who has been practicing sustainable beekeeping for over 13 years. Bees have been declining in recent years which may impact our global food supply as bees are essential in pollination. Our mission is to try to help save the bees and all pollinators by donating to nonprofit organizations to plant pollinator-friendly gardens. Our line of small-batch, handcrafted creamed honey starts with 100% raw and pure New York State wildflower honey. It is then infused with high-quality superfoods such as Organic Ginger, Organic Turmeric, Organic Matcha, and 11 other different organic ingredients. Finally, it is set to crystallize into a smooth creamed honey. In 2023 HoneyGramz Creamed ELDERBERRY HONEY won the Specialty Food Association’s (SFA) GOLD SOFI™ Award for the best product in the Sweeteners Category. In 2022 HoneyGramz Creamed CHOCOLATE POMEGRANATE HONEY won the Specialty Food Association’s (SFA) SOFI™ Award for the best new product in the Sweeteners Category. Our creamed honey is delicious in tea, coffee, smoothies, oatmeal, and yogurt. The silky and thick consistency of creamed honey makes it easy to spread on toast and fruit. It is also the perfect sweetener for all baked goods.
