Our colors are OU Kosher, Halal, and NonGMO. In 2010, the company began using a proprietary technology converting fruits and vegetables into dry, crystallized colors. These unique crystals differ from typical spray dried colors because they are extremely stable, carrier free, have fast solubility, are less dusty, and contribute zero calories to a finished formulation. We also offer our colors in liquid form.
