Mr Bing's Chili Crisp is the sustainable and locally made version of the famous "LaoGanMa / Godmother Sauce / Angry Grandma Sauce" from China. This is the stuff we are known for using inside our 'bings' at our QSR restaurants in NYC, where we won the award for the best new street food of NY in 2016 (the Vendy Award). This crispy chili looks very spicy, but it's actually not. Just a little heat hits you on the end, not the front. Made with crispy garlic, onions, two types of chilies, roasted soy nuts, two types of mushroom powder (to replace the umami of MSG found in LaoGanMa). NonGMO canola oil, and no MSG. We are taking an extremely popular Chili Crisp from China and making it better for Americans to enjoy. There is a trend forming around cripsy chili. The texture & taste rocks.
