Renewal Mill is a next-generation ingredients company that's creating a circular supply chain and bringing premium, superfood ingredients to market. Our first ingredient, okara flour, uses the pulp of only organic, non-GMO soybeans grown here in the US. Prior to Renewal Mill, okara was arbitrarily labeled as waste in the US, however, okara has been known as a superfood in East Asian culture for generations. With 2/3 fiber and 1/3 protein and a very neutral flavor (which is unique in the upcycled space), okara can add a boost of nutrition to a wide range of products and snacks.
