Our mole paste is defined by our recipe inherited three generations ago and by its process which is produced in small batches using traditional methods with quality ingredients, all sourced locally in a sustainable manner.
We create recipes for different palates, occasions and health needs. Our uncompromising quality, attention to detail and respect for tradition captures our identity and fundamental beliefs. Our production is based in the Valley of Oaxaca, the land of the seven moles. Our cuisine has been recognized as an Intangible Cultural Heritage by UNESCO.
