The Food Innovation Center at Rutgers University supports domestic US companies, as well as international businesses looking to establish or expand their presence in the USA, with the marketing, technical, regulatory, and manufacturing expertise that are critical for success. Our high standards set the bar for exemplary food safety, quality and guidance from concept development to commercialization. The mentoring team are veterans of the food industry with decades of hands on experience.
