We work face to face with producers, select coffee and coffee fruit with ZERO defects. These coffees represent the unique attributes of Nicaragua's coffee region, varietals and curingstyles. Our coffees are truly distincts and limited (eg. Cup of Excellence). We pack our coffees in the highest quality bags so that they reach our customers just as they left our roastery. In the case of our Reserve coffees, we handstamp our packaging to reflect the handmade approach to our products.
