At JEDs, we give the lowly jalapeño slice the love it deserves. No longer relegated to the vinegarinfused wasteland of their pickled cousins, JEDs Finest Jalapeños are sweetcured and hit your pallet with a hint of sugar, with the flavorful jalapeño kick coming on the back end. JEDs aren’t stickysweet they’re subtle and sophisticated adding the perfect kick to any dish. From a downhome chili dog, to a fancy chévre appetizer, or Asianinspired grilled chicken or fish, JEDs give your recipes a delicious pop of flavor. Our vision is to share this delicious condiment with an everexpanding market and eventually contribute a portion our profits (we'll call it "Peños with a Purpose") to organizations promoting addiction recovery and related services to families in the communities we serve.
