The passion of pursuing healthy Mediterranean flavors and ingredients was the genesis to create an integrated food company so that we control the production, packing and delivery of unique ingredients to a large diverse group of chefs and home cooks in North America and the Caribbean. We have been blessed to amass a uniquely talented group of specialty farmers insuring the integrity of our food offering from harvest to each annual harvest, while working with some of America’s top chefs developing new products and packing techniques that satisfy the most critical palates.
