I Solai di San Giorgio was born from Emilian families linked to their land and passion for excellent food. Starting from these values we produce Balsamic Vinegar of Modena IGP, DOP and other balsamic specialties. What distinguishes us is the use of 100% Italian raw materials without the use of added dyes, the production method adopted in compliance with Modena tradition and the techniques of refining and aging in fine barrels. For complete traceability of the supply chain, we start from grapes of the Fiorini family, producers of "Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modenaā€¯ and Emilian wines since 1919. Our reference markets are Europe, the United States and Asia. Our quality system is certified by several standards such as IFS- Higher Level, Organic for different markets, Demeter and Kosher.
