Eclat Chocolate

Éclat Chocolate's owner and Master Chocolatier Christopher Curtin, set out from Madison, Wisconsin to the House of les Compagnons du Devoir, the premier guild for Pastry Chefs in France. While living in Europe for over a decade he worked alongside the best chocolatiers and pastry chefs and became the first American to be awarded the honor of German Master Pastry Chef and Chocolatier in Cologne, Germany. He continued honing his skills with some of the world's greatest chocolate makers including Confiserie Bachmann in Switzerland, Confiserie Coppeneur in Germany, Herman Van Dender & Pierre Marcolini in Belgium, and Poire in Japan. Now based out of West Chester Pennsylvania, he and his team of chocolatiers create some of the finest chocolates using artisan techniques, combining classical European training with product innovation, sustainably sourced and allnatural ingredients.
