Epiros USA LLC is an importer/distributor of a vast range of PDO cheese products (Feta, Kefalograviera, Talagani Grill cheese) with the Epiros brand, a brand present in the market for more than 10 years and with own operation in US since 2016. Our products are produced with 100% Greek Sheep & Goat Milk. They are listed in Retail and Food Service POS in the N.Y. tristate, Massachusetts, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Washington, Maryland, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Texas and California. Our main objective being to grow and have national presence. Main cooperations are with retailers HEB, Restaurant Depot and the National distributors Sysco Jacksonville and PFG. We continuously support our brand by being present in the Fancy Food exhibitions as well as organizing instore tasting promos in retail stores. The production plant in Greece, EPIRUS S.A., founded in 1994 is one of the largest cheeseproducing companies in Greece with a stateoftheart production and packaging unit, producing a full range of Greek PDO cheeses like Feta and many others and is located in the region of Epirus, in Ammotopos, Arta NorthWest of Greece. More than 25,000 tons of Sheep & Goat milk are processed at the EPIRUS plant annually. The company’s production capacity and methods, its consistent investment in technology, research & development, plus an innovative spirit combined with in depth knowledge and experience of tradition, guarantees the excellent quality and taste of EPIROS products. To reassure the excellent quality of its products, $ 40 million were invested in the areas of milk collection, feta production and packaging. EPIRUS S.A. is certified with the International Quality Assurance System certification ISO 90012008, as well as the International Food Safety Assurance Standard & HACCP and ISO 220002005. Moreover, EPIRUS S.A. is certified with the Environmental Management System ISO 140012004, with the new edition of the certification for food Quality and Safety control, International Food Standard – IFS Food – Version 6, with HALAL and BRC. EPIROS CHEESES have also received 40 awards in international competitions. The most awarded Feta in the world.
