There is nothing more original than a savory shortbread; 5 flavors made with aged 4year old cheddar cheese. We have captured both the Gift market as well as Gourmet and Grocery. We know the origin of each of our ingredients. Our cookies have the longest natural shelflife in the industry due to a baking procedure, (time/temp), that I developed myself. Our facility is peanut/treenut free. 80% of our flavors are "diabeticfriendly". There is no flavor profile that com[pares with our cookies you'll see when you taste the samples! Our packaging is stellar. It is my dream to enter for SOFI awards as soon as I am able to do so.
