RISE is changing the way people enjoy coffee. We cold brew RISE in ultrafiltered spring water using organic, FairTrade certified Peruvian beans that are handselected at high altitude in the Chanchamayo Valley. We infuse our coffee with nitrogen to preserve the flavor and give it a frothy Guinnesslike cascade. Nitrogen is a great natural preservative and gives our coffee a natural 34 month shelf life. Our coffee tastes refreshingly smooth and creamy with hints of chocolate, but there are no chemicals or additives— just great coffee. We currently sell RISE at restaurants, bars, and offices in sixth, quarter, and half barrel kegs, and cans for retail. Our cans include a hightech nitrogen widget on the bottom, which is only supplied to three other companies at the moment.
