Please check out our video. We use real fruit ingredient, and other premium ingredient, made fresh on weekly basis here in San Francisco. We use a special flash freeze technology to freeze the ice blocks without ice crystals and then shaved using an ice shaving machine. The end result is a cotton candy like frozen flavored shaved ice. There is no icy crystal, only fluffy, melt in you mouth frozen treat. The product was first introduced in Taiwan. The folks who had this in the U.S. described it as the frozen cotton candy or the best smooth ice cream they ever had. Right now, we are distributing using Southwest trader and Fanale Drinks Inc. We are seeking distributor across United State.
