I developed a line of pocket journals that I believe were the first compact journals in the US to include page templates specific to rating beer, wine, etc. All my journals employ a novel flavor wheel which includes common tasting terms specific to each product, based on a large amount of research by myself and reviewed by industry experts. Each book is made in Portland, OR using 100% recycled paper and soy inks. My maps and kits are similarly ecofriendly, using USmade recycled paper and soy inks. The only nonUS item I sell is a leadfree crystal whisky glass I import from the EU, designed in Scotland and blown in Germany. This is part of my growing line of tasting sets. All of the above have a distinctive aesthetic that retailers are pleased to carry.
